pentecostNow, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone, in whom the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit. (Eph 2:19-22 NKJ)

You also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. (1Pe 2:5 NKJ)

If you’re a Christian, then live the Christian life.  We are no longer part of the old system that once controlled our lives, so we need to stop going back to the old house where we once lived, we’ve been changed. In the new house, there you will find love, presence, the sound of worship, blessings and grace.  In the old house that represented my old way of life, there was emptiness, loneliness, and want.

In Johns Gospel, he writes, “In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you (Joh 14:2 NKJ) Most people have assumed that when they get to heaven, they’re going to get a mansion.  Actually, the original text just means that in God’s house, there is room for everybody, but you haven’t got to wait to get to heaven to move in, you’ve been given a door key right now, so enter in.
